Job Description
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain contact list.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Prepare and monitor invoices.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and binding.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
