Job Description
Job Title: Admin Assistant/ Area Coordinator
Location: 9705 Kamagong Street, San Antonio Village, Makati City
Salary: Minimum
Contract Length: Initial 6 months
Work Schedule: Monday- Saturday 8:00AM- 5:00PM
Job Description:
- Receives and assists service calls concerns
- Encodes service report details in the system for the completion of service
- Records Management
- Prepares and processes Sales Invoice, Delivery reports, billing for PM, Labor charges, and others
- Provides weekly and monthly reports as needed
- Performs other relevant tasks assigned by Immediate Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Relevant clerical/admin experience advantageous, but position open for fresh graduates
- Above-average knowledge in Excel functions (Vlookup, Mail Merge, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed-term
Contract Length: 6 months
Salary: From Php610.00 per day
