Job Description
RBGM MEDICAL EXPRESS SALES INC is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant. Responsibilities include preparing bidding documents, attending pre-bid conferences, answering inquiries, and processing office supply requests. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required, along with at least 1 year of experience in office administration. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
This full-time position offers benefits including health insurance and promotion opportunities, starting January 13, 2025. Candidates should have attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
