Job Description
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree of any course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Cross-check information in documents for accuracy.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents.
- Assist with special projects as required.
- Manage executives’ schedules and appointments.
