Job Description
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills (Oral and Written), Keen to detail, and highly organized.
- Competencies Required: Numerical ability and data entry skills Ability to work to deadlines.
Job Description:
- Knowledgeable in all facets of HR.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
- Communicate effectively with managers, executives and employee representatives daily to create a positive working environment, address worker grievances and verify compliance with labor regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php15,500.00 per month
