Job Description
In the role of Administrative Assistant, play a pivotal part in enhancing team operations through meticulous attention to detail and adept management of diverse responsibilities. Demonstrate operational excellence and provide comprehensive administrative support by effectively overseeing call center activities, skillfully managing job-related data, and coordinating tasks crucial to the optimization of organizational efficiency.
Job Details:
- Work from Home
- Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM EST
- Following Australian Holidays
Responsibilities:
- Integrating financial data into CRM for meetings.
- Answer direct incoming calls and refer onto the Office Administrator – Megan or appropriate individuals.
- Maintain and update CRM activities to optimize client management effectiveness.
- Log into manufacturers’ sites to facilitate the obtaining of information for client reviews and for the preparation of new financial advice documents.
- Prepare client review documents, and New Advice Documents,
- Follow up with clients on their completion of compliance and administrative documents.
- Contact clients to arrange meetings – and enter details into CRM Diary.
- Undertake training in Fund Manager and Financial Services courses as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative assistant background or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and effective communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and excel under pressure.
- Proficient in CRM systems with financial acumen.
- Preferred experience in a similar role within the Financial Services or related industry.
