Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Liaise with departments regarding administrative matters.
- Perform general office and administrative duties, including handling hotel requests, accommodating requesting parties, and assisting stay-in/out employees.
- Keep track of all documents, maintain monitoring files up to date.
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders through email correspondence and generating memos, letters, spreadsheets, and forms.
- Submit reports promptly.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Immediate Head.
SKILLS:
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptability and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
