Job Description

The Admin Assistant shall be responsible for document processing, filing, inventory, and other related administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process Drivers and SE Reimbursements
  • Process training/certifications of employees
  • Hotel and Flight PR and RFP processing
  • Laptop purchase request and monitoring
  • Generate reports for office inventory
  • Scheduling of company vehicles

Qualifications:

  • Amenable to work on-site in Makati, from Monday to Friday

Educational Background:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or in any 4-year related course

Experience:

  • Open for all FRESH GRADUATES
  • At least 1-2 years of admin/marketing assistant experience

Skills Required:

  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Meticulous
  • Knowledgeable in photo and video editing applications
  • Has a pleasing personality
