Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Draft, secure, and maintain corporate documents such as Board Resolution, Secretary Certificate, Authorization Letter, Stocks and Transfer of Book, SEC Certificate of Registration, Deed of Absolute Sale, and Trust Documents.
- Prepare and process renewal and filing of corporate documents including Trademark Application to the Intellectual Property Office and insurance for all company properties.
- Process payment of Eastwood Condominium’s common utilities such as lease and association dues.
- Monitor renewal of registration for all company-owned vehicles and ensure complete and safekeeping of vehicle documents and duplicate keys.
- Handle plan application and termination processes with Telco companies (Sun & PLDT).
