Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Associate. This role involves providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks, such as answering phone calls and managing email correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing presentations and other materials for meetings.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
