Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least 1 year(s) major in management.
- Graduate of BSC major in management.
- Age – 25 to 28, preferably single.
- Salary- Minimum wage
ADMIN CLERK is primarily responsible for the following:
- Prepare payroll and supporting documents
- Prepare and make payment for monthly SS, Phic and HDMF
- Filing, maintenance and retrieval of files
- Handles estimate, purchase and custodian of office supplies
- Assist with Accounting Consultant for all companies of the owner
- Assist with Operations/Architect in all admin and printing jobs
- Assist Finance in utilities monitoring and association dues
Dress Code: Casual (e.g. T-shirts)
Spoken Language: Tagalog/Filipino
Job Type: Full-time
