Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining files and records to ensure they are updated and easily accessible
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks like preparing invoices and bank deposits as required
- Operating and maintaining office machinery such as copiers and printers
- Photocopying and collating documents for filing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or college-level education
- Experience in basic bookkeeping and tracking financial transactions
- Good organization, scheduling, and time management skills
- Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Excellent communication skills
