Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Executive. As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to ensure the smooth daily operations of our company.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files and documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with different departments and external partners to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
