Job Description
- Provide support and assist with all Estates and Transfer matters.
- Preparing estate and transfer documents and files to be sent to clients for signing.
- Liaising with clients, including beneficiaries/ executors/ administrators on the phone and/or emails to explain the estate transfer process and documentation requirements.
- Ensure investment records are promptly and accurately updated upon the completion of estate and transfer cases.
- Following up and resolving outstanding issues with clients, internal teams, and/or external estate counsel.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of proper telephone and email etiquette
- Demonstrate the ability to manage tight and changing priorities and deadlines
- Data entry experience required
- Detail-oriented
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and respectful
- Experience with handling Estate cases is an advantage

Salary: Up to Php42,00.00 per month
