Job Description
- Assist in Process of DTR/payroll.
- Assist in employees’ compensations inquiries.
- Taking minutes of meeting
- Managing email, documents, and contracts correspondence
- Sorting and distribution of incoming mail
- Plan and assist in meeting coordination
- Managing employee’s Personal files
- Arranging courier for collection and delivery
- Invoicing
- Support on all recruitment, onboarding, exit activities, and processes
- Work Pass and S Pass application, cancellation, and renewal
- Undertake any other HR initiatives and ad-hoc duties as assigned
