We are seeking an experienced Admin & Finance Officer for our Clark Office. Duties include overseeing office operations, managing finances, preparing reports, and supporting HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and manage supplies.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and budgets.
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance.
- Support HR functions and company events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of admin and finance experience.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and software.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
