Job Description
- Oversees daily support activities in repair and maintenance, purchasing, safety, security, and other admin matters.
- Ensures completion of all administrative tasks.
- Identify key areas of improvement, plans administrative processes, establishes guidelines, and implements protocols.
- Manages a team of administrative, training and developing them to enhance performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with the company’s mission, vision, core values, and objectives.
- Track team performance and ensure the quality of work is within acceptable levels.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the President & COO.
