Job Description
· In charge of the reception area: answering phone calls, assisting clients and guests.
· Assist in recruitment activities: source applicants, contact qualified candidates for screening, interviews, and tests.
· Help Executive Office with administrative tasks under Senior Management’s guidance.
· Update and organize department Folders and Master List.
· Ensure accurate and confidential routing of memorandums in the absence of HR and Admin Supervisor.
· Assist in Timekeeping, leave monitoring, and daily attendance checks.
· Answer staff inquiries on HR matters and coordinate company events.
· Handle building management and maintenance tasks, including permits and contributions.
· Organize and file administrative and government documents and maintain office cleanliness.
· Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Business Management, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
