Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Coordinate with the main office.
- Review the accuracy of all supporting documents.
- Monitor and archive documents related to invoices.
- Update inventory of supplies and create requests as needed.
- Perform skilled administrative and clerical work.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative & HR work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
