Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes under the guidance of the accounting team.
- Assist in reconciling financial statements and preparing basic financial reports.
- Aid in organizing and maintaining financial documents, invoices, and receipts.
- Provide general administrative support to the office as needed, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling mail.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the administrative and accounting departments.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data protection.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Pay: Php150.00 – Php200.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
