Job Description
* Coordinates with Department Heads to maintain service quality for clients/tenants at FTC Tower.
* Executes company’s standard system, policies, and house rules.
* Acts as property custodian.
* Recommends/implements policies for sanitation and waste disposal.
* Maintains cleanliness and reports facility issues promptly.
* Designs communication for tenants/public on holidays/events.
* Manages office supplies, staff attendance, and administrative functions.
* Oversees maintenance, security, and leasing inquiries.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
Experience:
- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
