Job Description

Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- 5 years of experience in property management, materials management, and documentation
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial role
- Willing to start ASAP
- Willing to work in San Pedro, Laguna
Duties:
- Manage Records Control and Documentation
- Oversee General Services Transactions and Projects
- Conduct Strategic Management
- Manage Engineering Services
- Corporate Planning and Monitoring
- Implement Business Process Improvements
- Personnel Management
Pay: Php45,00 – Php50,00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
