Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Officer.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to ensure the efficient and smooth running of our office operations. The Admin Officer will be responsible for tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office supplies.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of office management systems is required. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
