Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as an Admin Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our organization.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assisting with filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodation booking
