Job Description
Checking on the availability of accommodations on an employee’s travel dates.
Efficiently managing reservation requests for flight bookings and hotel accommodations.
Assisting employees in booking flight reservations, providing accurate information, and addressing inquiries.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure optimal scheduling and availability.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fares, routes, and schedules.
Planning daily transportation schedules and assigning drivers.
Developing and implementing new and improved transportation procedures.
Handles purchase orders and requests.
Procuring goods and services according to set requirements and budget.
Communicates and negotiates with suppliers.
