Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has experience and knowledge in processing documents of company vehicles and monitoring repair and maintenance of each vehicle (RFID billing, insurance, incident report, repair and maintenance scheduling).
- Experience in a Logistics officer/Administrative role is an advantage.
- Can start ASAP.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for Truck Repairs and Supplies.
- Process LTO Registrations of trucks and permits needed.
- Responsible for building and office maintenance, including organizing facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons (e.g. A/C technicians).
- Responsible for renewal and bookkeeping of government documents (business permit, tax clearance, etc.).
- Responsible for monitoring office supplies and ordering necessary office equipment and supplies, as needed, and distributing PPE as needed (warehouse/delivery) for all branches.
- In charge of completing requirements for preventive maintenance for in-house and coordinating PMS outside.
- Responsible for the documents of company vehicles and monitoring repair and maintenance of each vehicle (RFID billing, insurance, incident report, repair and maintenance scheduling).
- Supervising the day-to-day tasks of the auto mechanic.
- Arrange employees’ travel and accommodations.

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
