- Resolving problems between employees and clients complaint
- Identifying key issues and highlighting them to Head office or Upper Management
- Maintaining confidentiality of company’s information
- Providing administrative support to company projects
- Locating, scanning and compiling reports and official information
- Establishing and maintaining organized paper and electronics filing system
- Develops and maintain strong relationship to the client
- Responsible for customer billing and related administrative tasks in support of accurate and timely collection of accounts receivable
Qualification
- Graduate of Accountancy of any Financial Management Courses
- Computer Literate
- Excellent communication Skills
- Multi – tasking oriented
- Result Oriented
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field; experience in implementing Administrative and Inventory
- Willing to be assigned in Laguna
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, OJT (On the job training)
Pay: Php11,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
