Job Description
Macondray Finance Corporation is seeking an Admin Officer to manage overall office functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving administrative policies, overseeing personnel administration, supply management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. The Admin Officer will communicate effectively with various departments and external parties, fostering good relationships with suppliers while supporting the professional development of the Admin Staff.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Proficient in Office software and equipment
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
