Job Description
Max Support Inc. is seeking an Admin Officer to join our team. As an Admin Officer, you will collaborate closely with directors, provide daily updates, handle company memorandums, and manage meeting minutes.
You will be responsible for implementing company policies, addressing employee concerns, timekeeping, assisting with day-to-day tasks, and handling supplier relations.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating tasks, preparing permits, and handling administrative duties.

Qualifications:

- Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and work independently
- Location: Pasig, immediate start date
