Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Provide administrative support to the organization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including CDC, Dole, and DENR.
- Facilitate logistics support for the movement of goods and equipment.
- Oversee office and building management.
- Administer daily activities of the office.
- Manage transport requirements for operations and other departments.
- Facilitate purchasing needs of internal customers.
- Coordinate with government agencies, particularly CDC and DOLE.
Schedule: 8 hour shift
