Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to join our team at Upgrade Energy Philippines. As an Admin Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily office operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important documents
- Answer queries from employees and clients
- Update office policies and maintain a company calendar
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time, Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday with overtime
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary, Overtime pay
