JOB OBJECTIVE
Perform administrative and accounting tasks accurately and timely.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Track, file, encode, and report sales and expenses
- Manage accounts payables and client invoices
- Coordinate compliance processes with accounting
- Communicate with suppliers and oversee office maintenance
- Answer office phone calls
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in an accounting field
- Minimum 2 years of admin/accounting experience
- Knowledge in government benefits and compliance preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
