Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process orders via email or phone.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
- Perform tasks given by the Manager.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Management or other related courses.
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Applications.
- With experience in handling customer inquiries.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php13,500.00 per month
