Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparing purchase order for signing.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager on a quotation of item/s; item availability and discounted price.
- Ordering of items and follow-up on delivery status.
- Electronic filing of monthly purchase orders.
- Monitoring, receiving and updating statements of accounts.
- Filing and recording of monthly sales reports.
- Assist Sales Manager with client concerns.
- Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of client accounts.
- Liaise with plant personnel the Sales Manager on client orders, delivery, and request.
- Perform other management mandated functions.
- Perform in the preparation and coordination of exhibits, events, seminars.
- Follow-ups to existing and new clients regarding their requirements via phone.
- Update the sales team for the daily and weekly sales and performance.
- Others as requested by the Sales Manager and team (Calling cards, fliers, samples, mock-ups).
- Stocks and inventory monitoring.
- Give updates on the delivery status of the incoming stocks from different suppliers.
- Showroom coordination.
