Work Schedule:

Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00am – 8:00pm

Night Shift (Monday – Friday)

Work Set Up:

Onsite for the first 3-6 months of probation, Hybrid upon regularization (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite per week)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • With experience in sales support or coordination is an advantage
  • With knowledge in SFDC and SAP is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange samples and create quotations
  • Entering account and customer data
  • Provide documents for the company
  • Help in filling out customers required form
  • Answer customers inquiries in phone or email
  • Provide order-related information
  • Provide quote requests, discounts, inventory checks, etc. to sales team
  • Meet with other internal departments
  • Communicate updates with the Sales Team
  • Assist Sales Team if needed
  • Help in documentation of SOP
  • Other duties may be assigned by immediate superior
