Job Description
An Admin Specialist performs administrative and clerical tasks like supporting managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company’s general administrative activities. Responsibilities include handling hotel and flight bookings, managing company accommodation, processing travel claims, and liaising with Building Admin. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 1 year of clerical/administrative support experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational skills. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: Php24,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month. Schedule: 12-hour shifts in Makati City. Experience: 1 year in administration preferred.
