Job Description
We are hiring an Admin Specialist at L&T International Group Phils., Inc. The successful candidate will assist in processing Visa requirements for our employees, manage travel bookings for expatriates and executives, monitor office supplies, and oversee facility maintenance.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating equipment setup for meetings and events, ensuring timely communication with the finance department regarding payment procedures, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift schedule. If you have a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, we want to hear from you!
