Job Scope:

• Filing and retrieving documents.
• Handling incoming correspondence and faxes.
• Preparing payment requests for travel expenses.
• Managing office supplies requisitions.
• Inventory management in the Pantry.
• Other assigned tasks by team leader.
• Billing and managing communication lines.
• Managing monthly bills and new communication lines.
• Screening and dispatching outgoing pouches.
• Ensuring timely delivery and completion of mailings.
• Preparing courier transmittals and payments.
• Proper charging of accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Critical thinker and problem solver.
• Team player with good time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
