Job Description
Job Scope:
- Filing and retrieving documents.
- Handling incoming correspondence and faxes.
- Preparing payment requests for travel expenses.
- Managing office supplies requisitions.
- Inventory management in the Pantry.
- Other assigned tasks by team leader.
- Billing and managing communication lines.
- Managing monthly bills and new communication lines.
- Screening and dispatching outgoing pouches.
- Ensuring timely delivery and completion of mailings.
- Preparing courier transmittals and payments.
- Proper charging of accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Critical thinker and problem solver.
- Team player with good time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
