Job Description
Join our team at APlus Pack Inc as an Admin Staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Organizing office files, maintaining supplies, and handling office equipment.
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Communicating with clients and vendors, and preparing documents.
- Data entry, assisting in report preparation, and providing customer service.
- Coordinating company events and ensuring compliance with company policies.
This full-time, permanent position offers benefits such as on-site parking and paid training. Work hours consist of an 8-hour shift in person, with an expected start date of 01/20/2025.
