Job Description
Administrative Officer Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
- Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Systematically filing important company documents.
- Forwarding correspondence to staff members.
- Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
- Assisting HR department with job postings and interviews.
Administrative Officer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business management.
- Proven office work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
