Job Description

Administrative Officer Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
  • Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Systematically filing important company documents.
  • Forwarding correspondence to staff members.
  • Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
  • Assisting HR department with job postings and interviews.

Administrative Officer Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business management.
  • Proven office work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Salary: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
