Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Staff. As an Admin Staff, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Managing and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
- Supporting other departments with various administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
