Job Description
**Qualifications**
- Preferably fresh graduates who are willing to be trained
- Good organization, time management, and scheduling skills
- Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable
- Experience using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Can work from Mondays to Fridays
- Must be amenable to work in Project 6, Quezon City
- Can start immediately
**Responsibilities**
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Ability to read and analyze financial reports/financial statements
- Strong understanding of BIR local tax regulations
- Will process payroll of employees
- Will assist in the company license renewals every year
