Job Description
Emergy Transform Development Corp. is currently seeking a highly organized and multitasking individual to join our team as an Admin Staff.
The Admin Staff will be responsible for day-to-day task management within our organization. This role requires multitasking across a range of responsibilities including scheduling, receiving and forwarding communications, and taking care of general clerical duties. Additionally, the Admin Staff may also be responsible for event planning and organization.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Organizing and Managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
- Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
- Conferring with the accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts
- Ensuring functionality of necessary office equipment and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
- In charge of the company’s accreditation with the help of the team
- Processing application of telephone and internet connections
- Ensuring and maintaining all contracts (e.g., project contracts, office, accommodations contracts)
- Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed
- Attending meetings and recording notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
- Answering queries by employees and clients
- Updating office policies as needed
- Maintaining a company calendar and scheduling appointments
- Booking meeting rooms as required
- Distributing and storing correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages)
- Arranging travel and accommodations
- In charge of the repair and maintenance of the office
- Other duties assigned from time to time
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php18,00.00 per month
