Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, taking messages, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper records.
- Assist in the preparation of regular scheduled reports and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings.
- Support the administrative team as needed.
- Assist with special projects and events.
- Manage office equipment maintenance.
- Ensure a clean and tidy office environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
