Job Description
- Checks documents/request needed to create the delivery receipt and sales invoice.
- Issues delivery receipt and sales invoice for after sales using SAP System.
- Generates daily and monthly sales report & delivery report.
- Replies promptly to e-mails particularly with concerns on sales invoice/billings of customers.
- Records all sales invoices being dispatched to the Transport and Service departments.
- Sorts and arranges the designated book copies for each delivery receipt and sales invoice.
- Makes delivery receipts for scrap items and hand over the scrap sales directly to the Accounts payable head.
- Performs clerical jobs like answering telephone calls and photocopying.
