Qualifications:
- Candidates must be a graduate of Business/Management or any related course.
- Customer-oriented with effective communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and possess good organization skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing and management.
Job Description:
- Ensure positive and professional client service experience.
- Handle client inquiries via various channels.
- Redirect complex queries to relevant departments promptly.
- Provide technical assistance on products and services.
- Report serious issues to management for quick resolution.
- Build and maintain positive client relations.
- Document and maintain client records.
- Identify potential service concerns and intervene proactively.
- Stay updated on new products and client service trends.
- Recommend product improvements based on client feedback.

Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
