Job Description
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous work experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel or ability to learn quickly
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday in San Juan, with a half day on Saturday
- Strong team player
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices and delivery receipts
- Keep track of inventory for deliveries
- Manage accounts receivable, bills, and payables
- Handle petty cash and expense reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
