Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Admin Staff to handle various office tasks, including filing, generating reports and presentations, and organizing meetings. The ideal candidate will provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts, screen phone calls, and ensure polite communication via phone, email, and mail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing office tasks efficiently.
- Anticipating the needs of others for a seamless experience.
- Using computers for reports, meeting minutes, and research.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php481.00 per day
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
