Job Description
URGENTLY HIRING
Position: Admin Staff
We are looking for hard-working and dedicated assistant primarily responsible to assist needs of a supervisor, as well as perform administrative and clerical duties to ensure efficiency and smooth running in our office.
Once employed, outstanding performer shall be immediately considered to business analyst reporting to the senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to immediate supervisor, including maintaining schedules, attending meetings, preparing call reports.
- Perform basic recording of income and expenses.
- Handle basic social media platforms to recruit staff and advertise the company.
- Perform basic office tasks, such as data entry, answering phones, taking messages, sorting mail, maintaining, and updating filing, operating office machines, and arranging equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, and colleagues.
- Organize the office that optimizes processes.
- Other ad hoc tasks and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4-year course, preferably from a Top University with courses on Office management, or Secretarial – Fresh Graduates are very much welcome to apply and will be trained.
- Must have an attractive appearance, professional attire, and pleasing personality, to represent the company at external meetings and functions.
- Professionalism: Must conduct themselves in a professional manner, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all matters.
- Resourcefulness and can-do attitude is a must.
- Willing to travel domestically or internationally when needed.
