Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Admin Staff to assist in managing schedules, budgets, and personnel databases, while generating reports to support our administrative managers. Key responsibilities include performing clerical duties, answering phones, updating employee and client data, and maintaining an organized office environment.
Additional tasks involve planning and coordinating meetings, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office. This position is full-time, offering a monthly salary starting from Php12,506.00, with benefits such as health insurance, additional leave, and opportunities for promotion.
Our office is located at Km 9 Tigatto Road Buhangin, Davao City, in front of Narra Park Subdivision.
